Mr. Abdul Rahman S. Al Ghurair, Chairman
Eminent Emirati businessman and founder of many leading corporate houses in U.A.E. In addition to being the Group Chairman, Mr. Al Ghurair is also the President of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a board member of numerous large firms such as Commercial Bank of Dubai and Mashreq Bank.
Mr. Yehia El Halaby, Group Chief Executive Officer
Experienced business and IT professional responsible for setting up a number of group companies, Mr. Halaby joined Raqmiyat in 1990 and has steadily assumed greater group-level responsibilities. Before coming to the U.A.E. he worked with large multinationals for a number of years in Europe across many countries.
Mr. Salim Makwana, Chief Financial Officer
Most recent member of the group, Mr. Makhwana joined Raqmiyat in 2009. A thorough finance professional with more than 20 years experience in the industry, he brings with him strong general management experience covering finance, accounting, administration and HR. He has also implemented various strategic initiatives and efficient control measures throughout his professional career.

Mr. Tapas Roy, Chief Executive Officer
Having worked with large IT companies in India in the areas of sales management and business development, Tapas joined Raqmiyat in 1991. Starting his career with Raqmiyat in major account management for the banking and finance sector, Tapas worked as profit centre head for the banking and finance business unit of Raqmiyat.
Mr. Navneet Tandon, Vice President, Services & ERP
Responsible for setting up and managing the services business for Raqmiyat, Navneet joined Raqmiyat in 2005 after working in the IT industry in the USA. He has over 20 years of experience, a considerable part of which was spent in the IT and Office Solutions industry in the UAE in senior management capacity at large multi-national companies and UAE-based systems integration companies. Navneet is also responsible for the ERP business of Raqmiyat.
Mr. Sandeep Saxena, Vice President, Technology & Infrastructure Program
Responsible for Raqmiyat’s enterprise technology and infrastructure business, Sandeep joined Raqmiyat in 2001. He has extensive experience in designing and architecting technology solutions for large enterprises and has worked with global IT leaders in Europe and India, where he was instrumental in designing innovative market development approaches.
Mabel Kuri, Manager, HR
Mabel joined Raqmiyat in December 2007 as Manager, Human Resources. She is responsible for developing our people strategy to create a customer driven and growth oriented culture through high performing people. In this position, she has global responsibility for all aspects of human resources such as leadership development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion and engagement. Prior to Raqmiyat, she held a variety of human resource leadership roles.
Mr. Sobhi Sheashaa, Assistant Vice President Customer Support & Facilities Management
Responsible for attaining and maintaining high levels of satisfaction for the large customer base of Raqmiyat, Sobhi joined Raqmiyat in 1991. Having previously worked as the customer support in-charge with a large UAE based IT vendor, he brings to the table extensive experience in implementing innovative service models and managing large IT infrastructure projects. Sobhi is also the ISO Management Representative for Raqmiyat and is responsible for all facilities in the UAE and India.
