COLD – Computer Output to Laser/Optical
Disk also known as Enterprise Report Management (ERM) for indexing and
filing any Host Generated spool files (accounting statements, invoices,
customer reports etc.).
Imaging – Capturing paper documents by
converting to computer images with the help of Scanners and fax Software.
The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Barcode recognition
technologies are integrated for automatic indexing while capturing the
documents.
Office Automation – Filing Microsoft®
Office® (Word, Excel and Power Point) documents, emails (Microsoft®
Exchange® and Lotus Notes®), HTML and multimedia files (Audio, Video
etc.). The files are archived and searched with multiple criteria.
Data Mining (Virtual
Documents) – With the integration of Seagate Crystal Reports®,
Logical Access® Suite enables data mining facilities on
archived Spool files (Reports, Statements etc.).
