Raqmiyat has implemented Generic Business Applications to the Govt. Sector in the following areas:


Accounting 

The system supports:
- Multiple Departments and Multiple Cost Centers within departments.
- Consolidation of Accounts across multiple departments. 
- Cash Receipts / Cheque Receipts
- Cash Payments / Cheque Payments
- Printing Cheques from the system singly as and when required.
- Defining Budgets for all accounts.
- Scanning all related documents and attach it to the Vouchers.

Inventory, Purchases and Sales

The system supports:

- The system is fully integrated to the General Ledger and where customers and suppliers are concerned to the Accounts Receivable and Payable Modules also. 
- The system allows the user to keep full track of both inventory and non-inventory items.
- There is provision to monitor Order Levels, Reorder Quantities, Minimum and Maximum Inventory Levels etc. Further, based on the sales and consumption of stock, the system can automatically generate the Material Requirement Plan.

Payroll and Personnel

The payroll and personnel module performs all of payroll and personnel related functions of the department. The payroll module is interfaced to the General Ledger.

- On the payroll front it can make payrolls and print pay slips on a cost center or department basis.
- It allows all kinds of earnings and deductions 
- It takes care of multiple loans, automatic deductions and settlements.
- It performs gratuity calculations

On the personnel front it keeps track of all of employee details :

- It can handle various employee skills as well as designations.
- Keeps full employee history, both past and current in the Organization, starting from previous jobs and positions to educational qualifications.
- It provides family history and details.
- It allows for document registration and expiry information for all relevant documents viz., Visa, Work Permit, Driving License, Passport etc.
- It keeps track of all promotions, special commendations or comments.
