Raqmiyat is seeking an Senior Project Manager to lead the BFSI Development Team at Chennai
Position Overview:
- Program & Project Coordination.
- Process Management.
- Application Project Support Management.
- Co -ordination with Delivery Manager/Implementation Head at onsite/offshore, in terms meeting Deadlines of Delivery of the Project
- Handle Mutiple Project Executions.
- Conversion of Functional Specifications into Technical Documentation.
- Formulation of Strategic Project Plan
- Suggest Technical Solutions at different levels & Design Solution Architecture for the Requirement for Client Requirement
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Project planning, scope, estimation, tracking.

- Implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.
- Offshore Delivery Management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects.
- Negotiating SLAs for large and medium-size business transformation projects.
- Delivery Management & Post Implementation supports.
- Case / system / Process Study
- Conducting Pilot Project for Production Line Estimation
- Production Planning, control with process re-engineering
- Sample end to end demonstration for obtaining final UAT before kickoff.
- Maintaining MIS for all phases
- Meet the deadlines without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA.
- Manage a team of Software Engineers & Testing Engineers.
- Serve as Single Point of Contact / interface for supporting Client.
- Provide onsite as well as offsite support through central help desk support models with clarifications on specific applications of the system.
- Conduct professional technical presentations demonstration as and when required.
- Resolve support/operational issues in liaison with project managers /project leads & business group.
- Ensure smooth delivery & implementation of the software at the client site and get UAT sign offs.
- Identify business core / critical system / processes and priorities.
- Investigate and analyse detailed cause of the problem.
- Develop, implement and provide all kind of support for business application software and workflow solution automating the business processes for clients.
- Understand and coordinate client’s needs / enhancements, customization and other software-related issue of the client and coordinate with technical team to provide solutions ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
- Define escalation / response / resolution time for reported problems on the basis of criticality.
- Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality norms and building the brand image by exceeding customer expectations.
Required skills:
- Solid 7-8 yrs of Project Management, Program Management & Delivery Management Exposure.
- Exposure in modern concepts of end-to-end program planning and implementation from scope management, to activity sequencing, effort & cost estimation, risk analysis to quality management.
- Strong Development Experience on Multiple Technical Platforms
- Proven Experience of Handling Multiple Projects of different Technical Platforms, onsite/Offshore Model
- Strong Customer Facing Exposure.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Effective Leadership Skills
- Should have handled a Large Size Team of Consultants.
