Inside Sales executive will be primarily responsible for developing a pipeline of prequalified prospects for sales representatives. The Inside Sales executive will manage inquiries by phone and/or web, identifies target accounts decision makers, sets up appointments for corporate field sales and reports results to the Vice President. You will be required to proactively initiate and manage cold call activities into a target list of suspects, warm calls from lead sources. ISE must be able to identify and qualify opportunities, build trust and credibility, deliver a clear and compelling message, uncover initiatives and gain commitment from prospect to engage with Raqmiyat.
The Inside sales rep will be responsible for generating leads for ERP, IT Services (Staffing, outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, Testing Services, Application enhancement, Database Services, Go Live Support)
The candidate must be able to cold call to self generate leads as well as close hot leads from our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telephone prospecting based on lists of target customers • Research and build accounts
- Add new contacts to our CRM tool, and update on a regular basis
- Conduct mass email campaigns
- Generate high volume of calls into prospect accounts
- Effectively qualify clients to assess their needs
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate business development executive for further development
- Follow up calls to schedule and set up meetings for Business Development team
Required Skills/Experience:
- Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience preferred although those that have a compelling pitch as to why they would be successful in this role will be strongly considered
- "No fear" attitude in cold calling
- Proven ability in cold calling senior level executives
- Comfortable and confident in positioning IT Services
- Proven Inside Sales skills with track record of sales success and over-achievement of sales
- Ability to recognize business needs of customers in various sectors, and identify which Raqmiyat Service or solution would best fit their needs
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Passionate and self-motivated with strong work ethic
