Job Description
- Client management.
- Create plans (Schedule, Task, Communication etc).
- Exposure to product life cycle and handling production support services
- Willingness to work on challenging environments
- Experience in proposal making
- Exposure to global delivery model and in handling interfaces between pre-sales and sales functions
- Analyze potential impact of problem resolution and take corrective measures when needed.
- Good leadership qualities
- Facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Foster problem solving abilities in the team.
- Promote positive attitude among the team members.
- Direct team to set appropriate goals and help them achieve.
- Evaluate technologies with respect to clients’ Business needs.

- Responsible for project delivery in time.
DESIRED PROFILE
- Minimum 9 Years Experience in IT Industry-Any ERP product development in Java/J2ee
- Should have handled a Minimum team Size of 30+ People
- Preferably 5+ Yrs of Experience in Project Management Activities
- Preferably from a Java Background but willingness to work across various domains and technologies
- Worked with CMMI level 4 or level 5 companies
- Participate in business requirement gathering and analysis.
