Description:
The Business Development Manager, Staffing Solutions, will make a proactive, strategic business contribution working in conjunction with both the Client and Raqmiyat’s Recruitment Team. The Business Development Manager will advise on, develop effective recruitment solutions and ensure effective delivery of the solution for the client.
You will be expected to meet the revenue and fulfillment targets related to the IT Staffing line of business of the company. You will provide market knowledge and intelligence to the Client on skills availability, demographics, salary levels, attrition rates etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for business development, account management and sales of staffing solutions, this would include permanent staffing, contract staffing and managed services staffing.
- Will be responsible for client service delivery
- Will be responsible for achieving sales target
Skills Required:
- A Business Development personality who has a proven history of achieving agreed Revenue/Placement targets in IT Staffing Solutions. Should have the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels.
- Must have proven track in creating new sales opportunities and managing existing business opportunities
- Creating a Opportunity Pipeline of IT Staffing opportunities for the Program
- Prior experience at a senior level of managing IT staffing/recruitment must
Experience level:
- Minimum 8 years in Business Development/Program Management in the IT Staffing Solutions industry, out of which at least 2 years should be in a Managerial role.
- Must have experience in direct sales in the Domestic/Indian market.
