- Microsoft certified in exchange
- Minimum 7+ yrs of experience out of which 2-3 years hands on experience in Active directory and exchange implementation and    configuration
- Exchange 2007 hands on experience
- Knowledge on unified messaging and OCS
- Knowledge on integrating exchange 2007 and IP telephony
- Good communications skills
