Job Description
Handling End to End IT Technical Recruitment
Developing new methods of Sourcing Quality Profiles
Will be working on Both Permanent and Contract Based Positions.
Responsible for handling all levels (Junior, Middle & Senior) of recruitment.
Required Skill Sets:
5+ progressive years in IT Recruitment.
Extensive experience in handling Niche Skills and Contract Based Position.
Candidates with Hard Core IT Recruitment Experience alone should apply. (NO Generalist Profiles)
For Team Lead, Should have experience in handling a minimum team size of 3-4 Recruiters.
