Raqmiyat is seeking a Service Delivery Team Leader , to be based in UAE.
Required skills:
- Good understanding and ability to manage Service Desk Functions
- Identify, and ability to develop and close process gaps
- Understand Incident Management, Problem Management and other Functions as per ITIL Concepts
- ITIL Foundation Certified (preferable)
- Should have previous experience as Supervisor, Team Leader
- Understand performance KPI’s for subordinates, and monitor them
- Previous experience in doing projects, and coordinating the projects
- Previous experience of monitoring and managing SLA’s
- Provide timely reports to the management, and the client
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Should have good understanding about IT Related problems, issues at Help Desk/PC support level
- Should be able to handle 2nd level support, if required
- Should have the ability to train the employees reporting, on communication & other topics, as and when required
- Should have Conflict management, Client Management experience
