Raqmiyat is seeking a Head – Implementation & Support, to be based in UAE.
Position Overview:
- Collaborate with client and offshore team for requirement analysis; solution architecting; and SLA based software product delivery.
- Manage customer satisfaction by delivering quality solutions within budget, and ensuring ROI
- Perform end-to-end program management, delivery and technology architect in an onsite / offshore global delivery business model
- Develop, enhance and monitor work to a streamlined process to ensure that all projects are implemented to expected standards and requirements and meet delivery dates
- Provided thought leadership and a solution-based approach to the management team that will continually improve IT and effectively manage strategic technology projects to achieve anticipated results
- Established effective working relationships with business leaders across the organization and mentor the technology leaders in ongoing discussion of best practices and disciplined methodologies to ensure delivery of a quality systems
- Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Cost Estimation, Effort Estimation, Risk Management, solutions architect for various domain applications.
- Integration and Interface Issues
- Design and project manage the development and implementation of the products & Solution
- Program Management, Client Management, Project Management and People Management
- Profitability Analysis and ensuring that the program is in profit state.
- Design technically sophisticated Architecture & Solutions.
- Build competent team to develop, test and deliver solutions for the global market.
- Build technology, process and domain competency
- Preparation of Business Proposals
- Ensuring the project margins by optimum resource utilization and implementation of best practices across the projects
- User Training and acting as interface between Functional requirement and technical specification.
- Responsible for managing the customer account in terms of SLA delivery.
- Develop Project Plans, Estimates and monitor progress towards goals
- Proactively Identifying and Resolving Project Issues
- Come out with proper Estimation Models to support the projects
- Set Individual and team performance expectations and provide formal and informal feedback
- Human Resource Planning
- Pro-active Risk Management and Risk Mitigation Plans
- Control the project through effective quality metrics and report metrics
- Co-ordinate in functional and technical issues between onshore and offshore team.
- Review of interim and final deliveries.
- System Study, Software Estimation, Creation and tracking of Project Schedules, Analysis of Variance, Using Various Metrics for efficient control of the project.
- Configuration Management & Release Management
- Identifying new areas for IT transformation for our customers and thus ensuring repeated business in these accounts.
- Train & implement Quality process and software engineering best practices.
Required skills:
- Post secondary education or equivalent with minimum of 7-8 years experience as Head – Delivery or Project Head or Implementation Head.
- Proven experience in handling Multiple Implementations & Project Executions.
- Performed Program management, Scope management and Conflict resolution management at a wider scale.
- Strong Customer Facing Skill.
- Strong Leader Ship Skill
