Raqmiyat is seeking a Sales Manager - BFS, to be based in UAE.
Position Overview:
- Responsible for generating Business within the Banking and Financial sectors.
- The Sales Manager will be involved in End to End Sales life Cycle including lead Generation, probing, negotiating and closing.
- Build the customer base and prospect base through effective utilization of outbound calls.
- Achieve targets in both products and services.
- Develop strategic partnership with business partners.
- Development and implementation of sales procedures to ensure efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Create and manage new sales cycles including: prospecting, developing client relationships, building business cases, presentations, product demonstrations & Proof of Concept, negotiating contracts, advising estimated delivery to customer.and closing business
- Build and manage a pipeline and continually generate new opportunities
- Build relations with top level executives, map customer’s organization and understand customer procurement processes.
- Alliance/Partner Management for assigned territory.
- Developing sales plans and driving them successfully to achieve targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans, budget analysis, programs and promotions.
- Draft commercial proposal, co-ordinate with pre-sales to draft technical proposal.
- Be responsible for target account plan, opportunity management process, and pipeline utilization.
- Work closely with Sales personnel and other presales resources to determine customer's technical requirements and assist them with identification of effective solutions to meet customer's business needs.
- Cross sell and up sell to build revenue and margin on an ongoing basis.
- Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Orchestrated highly effective marketing campaign and seminars
Required skills:
- Post secondary education or equivalent with minimum of 6 years selling experience with selling Banking software applications
- Selling Enterprise level banking or financial solutions and ability to deal with Sr. Management of Clients
- Successful track record of achieving sales targets and generation of new revenue streams.
- Extensive knowledge of IT industry, market place trends and key indicators
- Highly developed selling, communication, customer relations, negotiating and decision making skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent English oral and written skills
