On-Line Support
Raqmiyat provides customers with web-based online
support facility to log support requirements. It is available to
registered customers who have signed Service Level Agreements with
Raqmiyat.
Customers are provided with user ID &
password for their authorised users who are entitled to raise
support calls. It is an alternative channel to report calls and
provides the same service level arrangements as available with
telephone hot-line system.

Support Procedures
An efficient and proven support procedure
is in place at Raqmiyat. Through a dedicated hotline for
support (or through Internet), customers are able to raise
support calls, receive call ticket reference No. and guaranteed response as per
Service Level Agreements.

Support Plans
Raqmiyat is able
to provide different Service Level Agreements based on specific
customer needs. These could range from support during normal office
hours, to extended support arrangements on a 24x7 basis. Different
Service Level Agreements can also be established for different
systems for the same customer.
Support Infrastructure
Over the years Raqmiyat has developed a very
exhaustive support infrastructure to cover customer requirements. In
addition to trained support personnel, the infrastructure includes
local availability of spares, well defined support procedures, call
response guarantees etc.
