When you call for assistance or lodge a complaint via the telephone, fax or web, you are requested to provide your contact details and other technical information related to your need.

As soon as your request has been entered into our Call Request Ticket (CRT) System, a CRT Reference No. is provided to you which is useful for tracking the status of your request at every stage of the support service for technical assistance or problem resolution.

Upon completion of the service, our Customer Support Engineer may request you to acknowledge your acceptance of the support / service provided, by signing our Call Service Report (CSR) form.
