Ø Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking Ø Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals. Ø Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems.
Ø Proven work experience with Service Desk Tools (Manage Engine)
Ø Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Ø Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments, Office Applications, AV Equipment’s.
Ø Working knowledge of Outlook, Office365 Products, VPN and computer peripherals, Experience in Network Managed Secured Printers, scanners etc.
Ø Knowledge of network security practices, end point technologies and anti-virus programs
Ø Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Ø Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, OS installation/Re-Imaging via network boot and USB.
Ø Customer-oriented attitude
Ø BSc in Computer Science or relevant field and at least 5 years’ experience in System Administration
Ø Certification in Microsoft is a must
Ø Working experience with Manage Engine ticketing tools is a must
