Job Description

• Installing BMC Remedy AR System and BMC Remedy ITSM modules.
• Loading Foundation Data through UDM.
• Configuration of BMC Remedy ITSM modules IM, CM, SRM.
• Configuring and developing reports using of Smart Reporting/BO/BIRT
• Hands on BMC Remedy ITSM Service Desk, Asset Management, CM, SLM, SRM, CMDB
• Experience in Approval, Email and Assignment Engine
• Creating answer based approval.
• Creating AIF.
• Creating Custom approvals.
• Understanding and Analyzing Business requirements for customizations.
• Creating web service and consuming web service
• Providing customer support.
