Job Description

• Associate degree in sales, business management or related field • Five years of work experience in sales or customer service • Manage several sales accounts and oversee the associated sales representatives ensure all client needs are met quickly and professionally • Review sales numbers for your assigned accounts, identifying areas in need of improvement, speaking with sales representatives to confirm issues, working together to create a solution, and developing new strategies to improve sales numbers • Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives • Forecast and track key account metrics • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis • Facilitating employee relations and resolving human resource issues on behalf of a company • Should deal with everything related to employee and management relations and work to help employees and management understand each other
