Job Description

• Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to create presentations, articulate and present solutions and business case to customers and internal stakeholders • Ability to create transition and transformation solutions with a futuristic mindset and industry trends • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to understand organizational priorities, positioning of offerings, translate management direction into solutions and pricing • Experience in Responding to RFI/RFP responses and design futuristic/next-gen solutions. • Lead RFP presentations and Solution workshops with the ability to validate solutions proposed across DC, Cloud, Network, Workplace, Service Desk, Service Management, Security solutions • Ability to conduct and leading Infrastructure assessments, Ability to steer and influence technical teams to propose right fit solutions across the entire deal • Ability to work on a business case and pricing aspects for the labor and non-labor components. Coordination and communication within and outside Infrastructure Services team
